Smart2Office operates the website smart2office.com, a free online productivity toolkit. For privacy-related enquiries, please contact us via our contact page.

a) Automatically collected data:
- IP address (anonymised after collection)

- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website (how you found us)
- Device type (desktop/mobile/tablet)
- Country/region (not precise location)
b) Data you provide voluntarily:
- Name and email address if you submit our contact form
- Message content of enquiries
c) Files you process:
The vast majority of our tools (calculators, PDF tools, image tools, colour tools, text tools, converters) process your files entirely within your browser. No file content is ever transmitted to our servers. For any future server-processed tools, files are deleted immediately after processing and are never stored, shared or analysed.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Analytics โ To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve our tools and content (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- Advertising โ To serve relevant advertisements via Google AdSense (see Section 5)

4. Cookies

- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted
- Uploaded files (server-processed tools): deleted immediately after processing

Smart2Office is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (global CDN). Data may be processed in various countries. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
